Contentious Probate Support – IDR Law is here for you.

On the back of our busiest month ever on new enquiries and new cases opened, we want to showcase Laura Read – our Client Relationship Manager – who has had a very busy first couple of months helping to develop and manage our client and referrer facing part of the business.

Laura’s role as Client Relationship Manager encompasses customer service, liaising with other members of the team and developing our systems to provide optimal support for all the IDR Law team as well as our clients and referrers.

Laura is also heavily involved in developing the IDR Law Network, which we’re launching next month. In her previous role, Laura focussed on training and development and the use of digital platforms for these aims – her varied skillset means she’s perfectly suited to develop not only our internal platforms but to help build the IDR Law Network.

Laura comments: “I felt part of the IDR team straight away. I love the autonomy that the team leaders are given. Martin trusts them to do an amazing job – no micro-managing – but there is always support available. Lots of the team called me in my first couple of weeks just to say hello and check I was okay. I’ve never felt so welcome!

“I’ve definitely learned a lot of legal jargon. In my first week I started creating a glossary of terms to keep track of all the acronyms and other legal terms I hadn’t come across before. This continues to be useful to me personally – I’m sure I’ll be adding to it over time – and some of it is being used in the IDR Network Glossary!”

IDR Law’s digital offerings are continually evolving. The IDR Law Network will be a support service for clients and referrers. Our FAQ and glossary sections will be open to everyone and membership to the IDR Law Network will be free and will give you access to our resources and guides, our 1975 Act Claim checker, a free advice and assistance helpline, access and notification about new LegalTech and FinTech developments as they are released and much more. We will also be providing training and presentation support to our regular referrers – an extension of the IDR Law zoom room support that we already offer.

We accept instructions direct from the public and from other organisations. We only deal with contentious probate – it’s all we do: we never deal with non-contentious issues – so frequently refer back to organisations who do deal with non-contentious probate.

We’re a forward-thinking firm with a growth strategy that will result in us growing significantly over the next 18 months. Watch this space!

IDR Law is an approachable, boutique firm and the only one in the country dealing solely with inheritance dispute resolution. Whether you’re a law firm, or an individual who feels they would benefit from our expertise, get in touch here, email us at [email protected] or call on 01423 637050.
