IDR Law adds another Partner, Associate, Solicitor and Paralegal

Having just closed out our 4th consecutive year of 40% growth on all KPIs, we are thrilled to announce that FOUR more talented legal minds have joined/will be joining us very soon at IDR Law, a specialist contentious probate firm. The appointments come in at every level in the firm – the IDR Law blend of Familyflex working, national home/office locations, pure specialism and a network of national referrers is attracting the attention and applications from some serious talent all over the country.

We have not sat on our financial laurels – the increased profits have been reinvested back into IDR Law to expand on the success achieved so far – new offices in Manchester and Bristol are opening in October and November respectively with further offices to open later in the year. More about those offices later, but for now, we would like to introduce you to the first 4 new team members:

  • Daniela Parravano joined us as a Paralegal this month. Daniela arrives with years of experience as a court facing social worker dealing with difficult family situations. The skill set she brings with her to the team will be invaluable;
  • Georgina Coates joined us this month as a Solicitor. Having carried out contentious probate work during her training contract at Myerson, Georgina was keen to pursue this specialist niche post qualification and from what we have seen so far, she will be a fantastic asset for the team that will be based at Home/Manchester!
  • Kirsty McNulty joins us next month as an Associate from Forbes. Kirsty is a contentious probate specialist and will lead one of the IDR Law teams based at Home/Manchester. Kirsty’s record and reputation in the market in the North West speaks for itself and we are delighted that she has chosen IDR Law to develop her career in this niche area of law;
  • Cara Hough joins us in January 2022 from Porter Dodson as our second Partner – Cara will head one of the teams based in our Bristol office that is launching in November. Cara is well known in the South West and we can’t wait to work with her in the New Year.

Martin Holdsworth comments: “The growth of IDR Law and the support we offer our clients and referral companies wouldn’t be possible without the amazing team members we already have, and I’d like to thank all of them for their continued hard work and compassion for our clients. I’m really excited to welcome our newest team members, Daniela, Georgina, Kirsty and Cara, and look forward to working with them to offer our services to more people who need our support with inheritance disputes along with the referrers who look after them.

It’s no accident IDR Law are recruiting and retaining top talent

We value our people and ensure they feel valued. Our people are our firm. We’ve always believed in a work-life balance, a realistic one where people can work flexibly around the needs of their family. Our FamilyFlex arrangement enables team members to choose their own working hours and whether to work from home or from the office or a combination of both – a working arrangement that’s become more common since COVID-19 (a silver lining of the pandemic some might say), but we’ve had in place since inception. The firm is well run and according to leading law guru and management consultant Simon McCrum is pretty close to what he describes as a “Perfect Legal Business”. But we’ve not finished yet – we are aiming to double the number of team members this financial year, all operating from home/office locations based nationwide. We are looking for talent at all levels – interested to know more? Just drop Martin an email or give him a call for a confidential chat.
