Mediation

Mediation is uniquely suited to inheritance disputes as it helps families resolve their disputes in private, with far greater flexibility and at more proportionate cost.
We have extensive experience in representing clients within mediations, and now we have our very own CEDR Accredited Mediator.

Richard Thomas
Partner at IDR Law, Head of Legal Operations and a Registered Contentious Trust and Probate Specialist with ACTAPS. Richard has been practising exclusively in this area of law since qualification and is now available to be instructed to mediate private wealth and inheritance disputes.
