Our Promise to Referrers

As a firm of contentious probate specialists, we resolve inheritance disputes for our clients, and are happy to share our vast experience and knowledge with other organisations, who may require contentious probate support.

IDR Law’s Service Pledge to clients was written in the name of transparency so that clients know what to expect when they’re instructing us. We value our referrers as we do our clients and, as such, we have created our promise to referrers – IDR Law’s pledge of service and confidentiality to all our referral organisations.

This pledge will become part of our IDR Law Network (soon to be launched!).

Our promise

We will respond very promptly whenever you refer a client or an enquiry to us.

We will deal with every enquiry in an in-depth, caring way.

If the enquiry relates to prospects of success or to a cost-benefit analysis on a potential case, we will give an independent, detailed view.

Where any case is taken on, the client will benefit from the IDR Law Service Pledge – every case, every time.

We will be transparent with the client in relation to costs from the outset.

We will in every case comply with all our professional duties – including in relation to client confidentiality.

If a referred client expressly authorises it, we will keep the referring organisation updated as to progress in a referred case.

Under no circumstances will we ever seek other areas of work from a client who has been referred to us for our contentious probate expertise.

If a client approaches us with further contentious probate issues, we will not take that matter on until the client has advised you and you have agreed that we may act.

We value all feedback from clients and referrers alike.

IDR Law is an approachable, boutique firm and the only one in the country dealing solely with inheritance dispute resolution. Whether you’re a law firm, or an individual who feels they would benefit from our expertise, get in touch here, email us at [email protected] or call on 01423 637050.
