We’re thrilled to welcome Ellie Falkingham, Paralegal, to our team at IDR Law.

Ellie has always been passionate about justice and helping others and has recently completed her Law degree at the University of Liverpool, shining through the challenges of a covid-affected final year and coming out with a high 2:1 honours.

Martin Holdsworth, founder and owner of IDR Law, was introduced to Ellie by a mutual contact. Ellie was interested in work experience at IDR Law, but after Martin met Ellie and realised her talent and potential, IDR Law decided to snap her up and offered her a position as a paralegal. And we’re very glad we did – Ellie has just finished her first week with us and is an asset to the team already.

Ellie says, “the role sounded really interesting. I had some work experience lined up at another firm but this opportunity at IDR Law was too good to refuse. Contentious probate is such an interesting area of Law and one I can really get my teeth stuck in to. I’d already been accepted on the full-time LPC course at the University of Law in Leeds, but as soon as I was offered the role by IDR Law, I changed my course to part-time. It’s going to be a busy couple of years but I’m so happy!”
