In our last end of year-round up we were excited to share all of the new team members and offices we had acquired in 2021 (which was a lot!).
In 2022, we opened our new offices in Bristol and Manchester, as well as welcoming another new Associate, Sophie Brackenbury. Our consistent growth this year means we have reached a £2m turnover, which is just fantastic, and we continue to grow!
In March earlier this year the IDRN, our online referral and support network debuted.
Not happy with just one launch of our network we went in for a re-launch in December following an extensive user research project. Based on all of the fantastic insights we gathered we gave the site a complete makeover, to create a better space for the wills and probate sector. Focused on providing everything you would need if a contentious case landed on your desk, quickly and easily. Along with general resources, guides and commentary for non-contentious browsing.
We launched our Universal Wealth campaign in September, an important awareness piece around the asset protection trusts, and the problems clients can find themselves in, especially those sold by ceased companies Universal Wealth, and the Philips Trust Corporation.
2022 was our year for award nominations, with shortlists for STEP, Modern Law, Yorkshire legal and the British Legal Awards.
We introduced our charity legacy dispute division and became a corporate partner of the ILM.
Kate Lister, who joined IDR as a trainee was our first to qualify as a solicitor in 2022.
The IDRN will continue to grow and be added to, including brand new webinars, training sessions, and a plethora of W&P content. A few things to look out for, will be the launch of our IDR Claim Checker tool, created to give clients an answer within five minutes as to whether they would be eligible to bring a claim. The IDRN quiz, golf challenges and the IDR Law roadshow.
We will certainly be one to watch in 2023, with lots of exciting new things on the horizon. #watchthisspace
