Metrona Technologies Sells Interest in Will Clarity Statement Joint Venture

Our non-legal sister company, Metrona Technologies, was set up to research, develop and launch LegalTech products and services aimed at reducing the number of inheritance disputes in the future. In the last 3 years, Metrona has developed and worked on 4 projects and 3 of them are  in the market making a difference. Our first project became a joint venture with Countrywide Tax and Trust Corporation to develop and launch what became the Will Clarity Statement portfolio of software support connected to their will writing software, Legacy. The product has been used extensively and has become an integral part of the Legacy service. After 2 years of successful growth, we are delighted to announce that Countrywide Tax and Trust Corporation have now acquired Metrona Technologies interest in that joint venture!

Martin, the founder of Metrona Technologies comments – “We have enjoyed working with Countrywide Tax and Trust Corporation and were delighted to see how an initial idea developed into something of real practical application to will makers. Our exit from the joint venture is our first and is definitely a watershed moment for us. The exit allows us to concentrate on our other projects and gives the Countrywide Tax and Trust Corporation team full ownership of their entire software suite which clearly makes sense for them going forward. I wish their team every success with their upcoming advancements.

Metrona Technologies continues to break new ground in claim prevention and is currently involved in the development of the LegalTech support section of the soon to launch IDR Law Network, Larke (www.larkeonline.co.uk), iDivide and FRisk (www.familyriskreport.co.uk).
