Metrona Technologies Sells Interest in Will Clarity Statement Joint Venture
Our non-legal sister company, Metrona Technologies, was set up to research, develop and launch LegalTech products and services aimed at reducing the number of inheritance disputes in the future. In the last 3 years, Metrona has developed and worked on 4 projects and 3 of them are in the market making a difference. Our first project became a joint venture with Countrywide Tax and Trust Corporation to develop and launch what became the Will Clarity Statement portfolio of software support connected to their will writing software, Legacy. The product has been used extensively and has become an integral part of the Legacy service. After 2 years of successful growth, we are delighted to announce that Countrywide Tax and Trust Corporation have now acquired Metrona Technologies interest in that joint venture!
